💫 Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so your space can be offered to another client.
Less than 24 hours’ notice:
A payment link will be sent for 50% of your treatment cost.
No-shows:
A payment link will be sent for 100% of your treatment cost.
I’ll always do my best to reschedule where possible, as I understand that things can happen unexpectedly.
However, regular cancellations or missed appointments may result in being asked to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking future treatments.
