If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so your space can be offered to another client.
Less than 24 hours’ notice:
A payment link will be sent for 50% of your treatment
No show or on day cancellations
A payment link will be sent for 100% cost of the treatment missed.
Regular Cancellations or missed appointments
You will be asked to pay a non refundable deposit to secure your next booking.
